Yes. Replio is a Meta-approved WhatsApp Tech Provider: your number runs on Meta's official Cloud API and you connect it in one click from the panel, through Meta's own signup window. The older linked-device (QR) route is still available as a fallback, but the official API is the supported path.

No. Your number stays registered on your phone and you keep using the WhatsApp Business app exactly as before. Replio sits alongside it: messages you send from your phone show up in the panel too.

In full-AI mode, yes — every message sent by the AI carries a visible note saying it was written by AI, and that cannot be switched off. In hybrid mode a human approves each reply before it goes out, so no note is added.

Conversations belong to your business and are isolated from every other tenant. If a customer asks for their data or asks to be forgotten, you can export or permanently erase everything tied to their number.
